Members Terms of Service

By signing up and actively using the 2GPTus.CoM program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. 2GPTus.CoM may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with 2GPTus.CoM. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the 2GPTus.CoM program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Relationship of the Parties

You and 2GPTus.CoM are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and 2GPTus.CoM. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of 2GPTus.CoM. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the 2GPTus.CoM program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

2GPTus.CoM will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or 2GPTus.CoM program, even if 2GPTus.CoM has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, 2GPTus.CoM aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Spam

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with 2GPTus.CoM and may result in legal prosecution. 2GPTus.CoM strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Signing up with temporary emails will cause your account termination, we advice you to use a new email from Gmail.com. 2GPTus.CoM will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Fraud

Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being disabled without notice and in a relinquishment of all monies in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service. Due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use this program.

No Guarantee On Offer Crediting

Members complete offers at their own risk. Offers are not guaranteed to credit. 2GPTus is not to be held responsible for any offers that do not credit. No manual credit requests for offers will be accepted.

Membership

1 - Duplicate Accounts Users may not create more than one Account with 2GPTus.CoM.In addition, we do not allow:

a. More than one Account in the same Household

b. More than one Account with the same Mailing Address

c. More than one Account using the same Computer

d. More than one Account using the same E-currency

2 - Valid Information Users must enter and submit valid information. If any information is found to be invalid, the users account can be terminated without notice. If asked for proof of information such as address, name or phone number, users must provide this information or the users account can be terminated without notice.

3 - Age To create an Account, to be eligible to accrue Cash, or to otherwise use this Website, you must be at least thirteen (13) years old or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, which ever is greater.

Non-Responsibility

2GPTus.CoM is not responsible to any user/member and, at its discretion, may terminate the service for any user/member at any time, without notice. Upon termination, 2GPTus.CoM has no further responsibility toward any user/member, whether past or present.

Termination

Termination of a member's account constitutes forfeiture of the privilege to create a new account. Only one account per household and only one account per person is allowed; if more than one account is created for the same household or person, this is considered fraud and both accounts will be disabled with all monies forfeited. Members are required to use true and accurate account information when signing up and to keep their account information up-to-date at all times. If a member is found to have incomplete, inaccurate, or false account information, that account is subject to termination without notice. Members may cancel the use of 2GPTus.CoM at any time by emailing The Support and making such request. These terminated accounts shall lose any and all potential benefits associated with the site, including, but not limited to cash earned and prizes requested. 2GPTus.CoM will not offer or owe anything to users whose accounts have been terminated and/or suspended. 2GPTus.CoM reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold payment from any and all members who are deemed to have fraudulently completed offers, no matter how insignificant the degree of fraud.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use 2GPTus.CoM's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it. Data collection
